摘要為探討影響脊髓型頸椎病前路手術(shù)療效的因素，本文對1986年5月～1994年2月間的152例脊髓型頸椎病人前路手術(shù)后的療效及常見影響因素作一分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，病程、年齡及病情與療效有關(guān)，手術(shù)范圍及方式與療效無關(guān)。建議脊髓型頸椎病確診后應(yīng)盡快手術(shù)治療，合適的手術(shù)方式及減壓范圍均可取得滿意療效。關(guān)鍵詞脊髓型頸椎病。前路手術(shù)。影響因素
